Terms of Service

1. What this is

Odjezdy Online is a free, personal, non-commercial project run by Vlastimil Novotný that combines departure boards, delay tracking, and a live vehicle map from several Czech public transit systems into one interface. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by PID, DÚK, ČD, ARRIVA, DPMD, ODIS, IDSJMK, or any other transit authority or carrier whose data it displays. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Data accuracy - read this one

Every departure time, delay, platform, and vehicle position shown here comes from third-party providers' own public APIs, best-effort scraped and merged automatically. It can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or briefly out of date - source APIs sometimes report ambiguous or contradictory data themselves. Do not rely on this app as your only source for time-critical travel decisions (catching a last connection, an important appointment) - cross-check with the official carrier when it matters.

3. Availability

This is a hobby project run on personal infrastructure, not a commercial service with an uptime guarantee. It can go down, be slow, or change without notice. Push notifications are sent on a best-effort basis and delivery isn't guaranteed - browser push services occasionally drop messages outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

Don't try to disrupt the service (excessive automated scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits, or attacks on the infrastructure). Reasonable personal use of the site and its public API endpoints is fine.

5. Third-party links

Vehicle-lookup links point to seznam-autobusu.cz (or, for visitors outside Czechia, our own mirror at seznam.odjezdy.online) - a separate site we don't control and aren't responsible for. The same goes for any other external link on this site (Ko-fi, Revolut, transit provider websites).

6. Ownership

The site's own code and design are the author's. Transit schedule, delay, and vehicle data belongs to the respective providers listed on the About page - we merely aggregate and re-display their public data.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for damages arising from missed connections, reliance on inaccurate data, or service downtime.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
